My name is Deaconess Marlene Canales and for the Honor and Glory of God I am C.F.F.C’s House of Restoration Dance ministry Leader.  It has been such an honor and a blessing to be able to lead the girls of House of Restoration in our Dance Ministry. This Ministry has been such a blessing to me, to the girls who make part of the Ministry and our whole church.

We dance to celebrate, worship, and praise God through the leading of the Holy Spirit. Movement has power to stir the senses and emotions and convey a message that cannot be expressed through words alone, so our ministry interprets selected songs to express God's messages to His people. The purpose of The Dance Ministry is to usher in the presence of God through dance, thereby seeing people delivered, saved, healed, and made free to worship the Lord

Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp.” Psalm 149:3

The purpose of our dance:

To love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength—Mark 12:30

To make His praise glorious—Exodus 15:20

To rejoice and usher in God’s presence—Psalm 150:4
